The three existing types of affiliation to Network 10 – Fight Against Urban Poverty, are: full partner, external partners and observing partners.

1.  Full Partner and 'Observers'

Who can adhere?

Full Partner - LOCAL PUBLIC ADMINISTRATIONS democratically elected (cities, urban agglomerations, provinces and regions) that make part of one of the URB-AL Program countries. (See the table below) 

Observing Partner – The network has the maximum limit of 250 partners, being 60% of them from Latin America and 40% from European Union. To guarantee, therefore, an equitable regional distribution, the local/regional administrations can be inscribed as observer partners, in case their countries have already many partners in the Network.

How to adhere?

If your city or region would be interested in participating at the Network 10, send us the form (download), correctly filled out and signed by the local authority, through the fax number (5511) 3113-8845 and the original form by mail to the following address:

2. External Partners

Who can adhere?

CIVIL SOCIETY ORGANIZATIONS (associations, foundations, universities, enterprises, worker’s unions and NGOs) that act in the combat of the urban poverty and social inclusion in some of the URB-AL Program countries (see the table below).

How to adhere?

The interested organization must send to Network 10 coordination, at the email address urbal@prefeitura.sp.gov.br , a report of activities that proves its performance in the urban poverty combat and the promotion of the social inclusion, and that indicates its connection with the local public power.
The sent report will be analyzed by the Network 10, which will enter in contact to formalize the adhesion.
